Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You will only pay the price difference.
How much does the setup cost?
The setup for the Pro plan has a one-time cost of €500, which includes the complete configuration of your area.
Does it work with my barrier/gate?
CamperGate integrates with NICE, CAME, BFT, FAAC and most barriers on the market. If yours is not compatible, we provide our own device.
Are there hidden costs or transaction fees?
No, you only pay the monthly subscription. We don't take any commission on transactions or your customers' payments.
Can I use my existing payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)?
Yes, you can integrate your existing payment provider. After subscribing, one of our technicians will contact you within a few hours to complete your area setup together.
How does technical support work?
Inside the software there's a support chat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact us anytime for technical assistance or questions about managing your area.
